Customer Responsibility Upon Delivery
Customers are strongly required to thoroughly check and inspect the product at the time of delivery, before making payment to the delivery personnel.
It is the customer’s full responsibility to verify:
Product condition
Correct item
Any visible defects or issues
Customers have the full right to inspect the product properly in their personal space, regardless of any urgency or instructions from the delivery personnel.
⚠️ Once the product is accepted and payment is completed, it will be considered final acceptance of the product.
Return & Exchange Policy After Delivery
We do not offer returns or exchanges after the product has been delivered and accepted, especially in cases of:
Change of mind
Preference issues
Failure to inspect the product at delivery
Failed Delivery / Order Cancellation (pre-paid orders)
If we fail to deliver your order:
You will be notified within 48 hours.
Any prepaid amount will be refunded within 72 hours of cancellation.

রিটার্ন ও রিফান্ড নীতি
ডেলিভারির সময় গ্রাহকের দায়িত্ব
গ্রাহকদের ডেলিভারির সময় পণ্য গ্রহণের আগে ডেলিভারি পার্সনের উপস্থিতিতে পণ্যটি ভালোভাবে পরীক্ষা ও যাচাই করা অত্যন্ত জরুরি।
পণ্য যাচাই করার সম্পূর্ণ দায়িত্ব গ্রাহকের, যেমন:
পণ্যের অবস্থা
সঠিক পণ্য কিনা
কোন দৃশ্যমান ত্রুটি বা সমস্যা আছে কিনা
গ্রাহকদের পূর্ণ অধিকার রয়েছে ডেলিভারি পার্সনের কোনো তাড়া বা নির্দেশনা উপেক্ষা করে নিজের ব্যক্তিগত স্থানে পণ্যটি ভালোভাবে পরীক্ষা করার।
⚠️ পণ্য গ্রহণ করে পেমেন্ট সম্পন্ন করার পর সেটিকে চূড়ান্তভাবে পণ্য গ্রহণ (Final Acceptance) হিসেবে গণ্য করা হবে।
ডেলিভারির পর রিটার্ন ও এক্সচেঞ্জ নীতি
পণ্য ডেলিভারি ও গ্রহণের পর আমরা রিটার্ন বা এক্সচেঞ্জ প্রদান করি না, বিশেষ করে নিচের ক্ষেত্রে:
মত পরিবর্তন (Change of mind)
ব্যক্তিগত পছন্দ বা অপছন্দ
ডেলিভারির সময় পণ্য পরীক্ষা না করা
ডেলিভারি ব্যর্থ / অর্ডার বাতিল
যদি আমরা আপনার অর্ডার ডেলিভারি করতে ব্যর্থ হই:
আপনাকে 48 ঘণ্টার মধ্যে জানানো হবে।
যে কোনো অগ্রিম পেমেন্ট 72 ঘণ্টার মধ্যে রিফান্ড করা হবে।
