At Sertii, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully happy with your purchase, we offer a simple and transparent return and refund process.
Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted within 48 hours of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, with all packaging and accessories, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Please note, certain products are non-returnable as specified on their respective product pages.
Refund Procedure
We will arrange for our delivery partner to collect the item from your location. You will be required to hand over the item to them at the time of collection. The delivery partner will then process and forward it to our facility.
Once we receive the item, your refund will be initiated immediately.
Kindly note that we are only able to proceed with the refund upon your agreement to this return process and policy.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be initiated within 1 to 2 business days. It typically takes us 1-2 days to collect & recieve your returned item. Shipping fees, if applicable, are non refundable.
Replacement Guarantee
All products come with a 1 year replacement guarantee. If your item develops a manufacturing defect within this period, we will replace it at no additional cost after verification.
